Our initial ideas

The purpose of Collusion's Maker Challenge was to tackle Cambridge's "wicked" problems. Team 3 consisted of Nicky Buckley, Jeremy Aird, Steven Ogborne, Michelle Law and was led by Marcus Romer elected to tackle the problems facing the Cambridge's Market Sector.

Their solution was to plan how the market square could be used as a social and recreational hub in the evening whilst still allowing to function in it's traditional capacity during the day.

Their key idea was to re-imagine how stalls within the market could could be made modular so that during the day they would act as a stall but in the evening could be folded down into seating areas or put away completely.
